Household Income of 2.5 times monthly rent. Applicants with rent collections, bankruptcies, or evictions will not be considered. Security Deposit based on creditworthiness and rental history starts at $1,000.00 and can go up to 2 times the monthly rent. Deposit is non-refundable after 72 hours of receiving. All applicants (proposed occupants 18 years and older) are required to submit an online rental application, authorize a credit and background check, and pay a $40 application fee per applicant.
